Our owner, Peter A., found his true passion in construction. After trying other careers, he realized he could make a difference by doing what he loved—creating beautiful spaces. Peter now lives in Hopkinton with his family and brings years of hands-on experience and dedication to each project he leads.

Peter Allain of Allain Construction is a true professional. I've hired them for two major projects:


1) turning the black hole of my basement into a supremely enjoyable "man cave", which was a major feat since my house was built in 1904 and the headspace height from floor to ceiling had to increased to bring it into zoning requirements; 


2) Peter and his main crew, Russ and Dave  - turned my only full bath, a very old and tired bath into a wonderfully comfortable full bath.They followed our agreed upon redesign plan to perfection.


Peter, along with his talented crew, followed our redesign plan flawlessly. I am 100% confident, Allain Construction is THE company you should hire whether you need to have a door installed or a major addition built. They will make it happen to your complete satisfaction.

Allain Construction is fantastic! We hired them for several small jobs that grew into a larger project, including expanding our basement space and installing a new boiler and water heater.


Peter was easy to work with, always prompt in responding, and offered all possible options. He even accommodated a two-stage process to work with our schedule.


Four months later, we needed our first floor updated with hardwood. Peter arrived to follow up on the previous project and offered a flooring solution we hadn’t considered. Within days, he returned with samples and a proposal.


We hired him again, and the work was mostly done while we were on vacation. The floors look amazing, and the team was respectful, tidy, and communicative throughout. We couldn't be happier and will definitely call Peter for our next project!
